VACANCY NOTICE: LAND SURVEYOR *1

We are seeking an accurate, detail-oriented Land Surveyor to undertake field surveys, map topography, establish control networks, and layout construction boundaries.

Duties and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will play a critical role in providing essential geodetic and spatial data to guide engineering designs, site development, and construction verification across various project phases.

Qualifications and Experience

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma in Surveying, Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Member to a professional body.
  • 5+ years of experience in Surveying, civil engineering or land development projects.
  • Proficiency with survey equipment (Leica, Trimble, Topcon Total Stations, and GNSS).
  • High precision, strong analytical abilities, spatial awareness, and strong communication skills for cross-functional teamwork.
