Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Analyse and improve production processes.

Monitor production efficiency, output and equipment utilization.

Identify production bottlenecks and recommend engineering solutions.

Develop and implement process-improvement initiatives.

Support production planning and workflow optimization.

Monitor production quality and reduce waste.

Analyse production data and prepare performance reports.

Work with engineering and production teams to improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or a related discipline.

Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Knowledge of production planning, process optimization and quality control.
