Duties and Responsibilities

  • Participate in a structured graduate development programme.
  • Rotate through various departments to gain practical exposure.
  • Support production, engineering, quality, and operational improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in process optimisation and continuous improvement projects.
  • Collect, analyse, and prepare operational reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company quality, health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any of the listed disciplines from a recognised institution.
  • Graduated within the last three (3) years.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong teamwork skills.
