(Business Development Role / Topline Driver)

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Dealer to mobilise investments and grow our client base across our investment products.

Duties and Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Source and onboard new clients and investors.
  • Promote and sell our investment products (equities, fixed income, alternative investments, properties and other offerings).
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Provide market insights and feedback to management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Knowledge of equities, fixed income, alternative investments, properties and street smart.
  • Experience in Asset Management / ZW Treasury.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proven track record in sales or business development.
